We are inviting vendors with a variety of specialties.  All vendors must acknowledge that this is a Christ centered event.  Inappropriate items being sold, or indecent behavior will not be tolerated. Vendors must be approved before final acceptance.  Fees paid are only refundable if the entire event is cancelled.

Friday, July 29, 2022, through Sunday, July 31, 2022

The Stephen Olford Center, 4000 Riverdale Road, Memphis, TN  38115

Setup times are:

    • July 29, 2022, beginning at 4:00 pm
    • Attendees will start showing up at 4:00 pm
    • July 30, 2022, begin at 6:30 am

Takedown time

    • July 31, 2022, at 2:00 pm

***Please inform us if you need more than one (1) hour for setup or takedown.

  • If you only want to vend for part of the event, please let us know what dates and what hours. There are no concessions for less days or less hours.  Prices remain the same.
  • No candles (lit, burned) or glitter may be used.
  • Sale of food or drinks by vendors will not authorized.
  • Attendees inside vendor area will be round tables (provided)
  • Non-attendees inside area will be long tables (provided)
  • Outside spots are 10x10 (vendor supplies tables)
  • If you desire an inside booth area in which you do not need a table, please let us know.

 

  • Tables are being provided with paid registration for inside spots. You will have choice of inside or outside for the entire event. Only tables inside will be provided. 
    • Tables provide only for inside areas.
    • Outside areas may bring their own tents and tables. Larger spots will be outside. (10x10)
    • Outside location will have most exposure to all guests due to class and eating locations.
    • At this time, we will not have dressing areas or water usage areas for vendors to assist in the providing of services to guests. In other words, personal services like nails, clothing fittings, massages will not be accepted at this event.
    • You provide your own table coverings including a tablecloth. This protects the property you are borrowing.
Please note: Covid precautions must be always adhered to.  If you are experiencing symptoms place, find a replace for you booth and notified Dr. Michele Sweet-Bradford or Lisa McNulty.  We will work with you to the best of our ability.

Vendor application deadline and payment: June 30, 2022

After June 30, 2022, a late registration fee of $20 will charged if applications approved.  After June 30, 2022 please wait for "Approved to Register email" if space is still available.

You will be asked for your company/booth name.  Names of 1other person who will be working the booth.  Type of items in your booth.  Will you be selling or just informing/marketing?

Vendors after approval will receive an email with more information including contact person for setup.
